The husband and I go here at least twice a week! We moved closed by back in March and were so relieved to find a decent Mexican restaurant in Rohnert Park, which has been hard to come by. Food is awesome, salsa tasty, service is great and it's super clean (check out the bathrooms!).

THIS PLACE ROCKS! My husband and I used to live down the street within walking distance, and we would visit El Charro at least twice a week. Now that we live in Lake County, unfortunately it's only once every few months. But I do go there every year for my birthday, because when co workers take me to lunch and ask where I wanna go, it's always El Charros!!! Best carnitas you will ever have & the salsa is awesome! Try this place, you won't be sorry!! oh, and the full bar is a plus.... :-)

Come on, you mean I'm the first to rate this place? Must be everyone's trying to keep it a secret. The Mexican food here is the best in Santa Rosa. No kidding. Everyone who's lived in Santa Rosa for awhile knows about this place. Great chicken enchiladas with mole sauce, wonderful warm shrimp cocktails. Oh, my God . . . it's so good. I'm leaving for lunch right now! Did I mention that it's also one of the cheapest places in town? Yeah, okay, now I know why it's being kept a secret! Don't tell anyone, Okay? :)
