Fabulous food. It's hard to find a place you can go back to and get the same great food every time! They have great crab cakes and wonderful sandwiches! Easy parking too, sometimes it's hard to find parking in downtown Sonora, but they are on a side road so it's not so bad. I love eating lunch there and then walking to the nearby stores. Always a pleasant outing.

Good food, but outrageous prices. Not so great staff, especially for what you're paying. I personally would pick fast food over this restaurant but I know it is one of my friend's favorites so it depends on you. Very pricy.

What a Tremendous Find!

I was recently in Sonora for a few days on business. I couldn't find any restaurant a notch above the typical chain restaurants until I stumbled upon Banny's. What a pleasant surprise. The ambiance had a very classy feel. The Banny's salad (greens, granny smith apples, walnuts, gorgonzola in a delicious and light honey mustard dressing) was to die for. The crab cakes were larger than in most restaurants and stuffed with chunks of crab. The only place to eat in Sonora in my opinion. The service was excellent and a nice friendly staff. Great job Banny's. I will be back the next time in town.
