Cowboy Steak sandwich with sauteed mushrooms and a Gorgonzola cheese sauce. (ask for it special) Get the strawberry jello salad. THE BEST!!! We have been going there for YEARS!

Best sandwiches ever! I’m just blown away by how good everything is every time I eat here. The hot ham and Swiss with mushrooms is unbelievable. The service is excellent as well. The place is generally crowded so try to go off hours.

I’ve heard of Ferrarese’s for years. I’ve been told by umpteen people that I just had to eat there. Quite honestly, I thought it couldn’t be that good. Boy was I wrong. I had an absolutely amazing sandwich. I tried the Leo mix (half beef, half pastrami) with pepper jack cheese. I am still savoring the taste. Delicious! As good as great sex! You get a side dish with your sandwich and I chose the macaroni salad. I’m pretty picky about macaroni salad. I generally don’t like anyone’s but my own but it looked pretty good so I thought I’d give it a go. It was great – not too much mayonnaise like so many and with a bit of crunch to it. My new mission is to work my way down the menu, one sandwich at a time.

I have lived in Oakdale for 31 years. Ferrarese's is the BEST! They have the best sandwiches, salads,and lasagna. They even have the best hamburgers! Try the spaghetti salad, it is fabulous! It is family owned so you know they take pride in there food and service.

There isn't anything about this place that I do not like. The food is outstanding, the women are awesome, and the service is the best in town. If I have a complaint it would be that they need about thirty more tables to take care of the crowd.

ASK FOR A LEO MIX WITH PEPPER JACK CHEESE. YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY!

as a lifelong resident of oakdale, i have been going to Ferrarese's for years. i've never had a bad food experience there. however, friday nights and weekends are horribly cramped in there, i would suggest ordering out on those particular days.

the food was good, not too expensive however the dishes arent very clean. the lasagn plates have lasagna from 2-3 slices ago baked onto the plate. and the lasagna isnt even made when you oder it, it is on a dirty plate siting in a walk in refrigerrator and they throw it into a microwave. to reheat it for you . other than that a nice place to have dinner.
