Mountain brewery, mountain hospitality and big mountain taste! Having eaten in some of the finest establishments in snow country through out the world, I snow board for a living, I am very particular when it comes to my desires and expectations. Even though I leave SNOWSHOE wanting more, I never go hungry. I suggested to some of my french skier friends with kids to stop in on their way down the mountain, and even though they are the foodies of foodies, they raved about the service and the food. I am proud to yodel their praise from the highest mountain. It's high times at Snowshoe Brewing Company in Arnold. You can shred the nar nar in the brewery after a long day of turns. It's all GOOD! Trust me!!!!!
My family and I have been coming to Snowshoe every winter for 10 years now and we LOVE IT!! We have never had a bad experience. Yes, there is sometimes quite a wait (it's a popular place), but there is always a friendly face behind the bar to serve you a delicious brew while the kids play race cars in the video game area, and even order you appetizers if you are too hungry to wait. Our trips to Arnold must included a dinning experience at the Snowshoe. We love the fun, friendly, family atmosphere and only wish we had a place like this where we live!!
I cannot believe this place is getting a good rating...One of the most HORRIBLE dining experiences of my life. I was starving after work waited one and a half hours for a kid sized portion of cold fish and chips. The whole time with an empty beer and an empty water. Practically NO service! I would give it a zero star rating if I could.
We ate here because it was the only place open after 8 pm on a Monday night.
I had beer sausage pasta, my wife had crab cakes, both were good but not great.
The beer selection was very good, the two local brews I sampled were tasty.
Service was quick and friendly
we came up to arnold to have a snow day wilth the kids...we had pizza and beer here at the snowshoe and the service was fantastic!!! food was great, the whols atmosphere was a great day. my husband left his jacket there and we called and they're holding it for us. it shows what kind of people they are :) we will definatly be back, especially for his jacket, but we have found our new snow retreat :)
