Ghinggis Khan Mongolian, Stockton

this is a good dining experience but the food wasnt all that good... taste bland to me if i knew how to season my food i would just cook it myself, i dont know what the hell to add to my dish... food is boo boo

For $8.75 for an all you can eat Mongolian BBQ dinner it seems like a great deal. Well it would be if it didn't make me or my buddy BOTH sick!! We both came down with bad stomach aches lasting through the night! If it weren't for the near sleepless night, I'd give it 4-5 stars.

We eat here once a week and live over a half an hour away, it is worth the drive! We love it so much my boyfriend got a part time job just cause we liked it so much. He doesnt work there anymore but we still eat there. The soup is so good! Egg rolls at lunch time are so good. All you can eat at dinner. We like to eat at the new location at march and west, its soup is taistier. NOT THE PLACE FOR VEGITARIANS OR ALLERGY RIDDEN. The number one recomendation from me. And please tip the cooks they do not share the tips with the waitress and work over that HOT grill, it will be your best spent dollar I promiss you.

i agree w the other reviews. the food is good. i'm not a big fan of the egg drop soup, but that is just a personal preference. the egg rolls are made fresh. there are two locations in stockton..though i don't know the address and one in tracy.

If you've never had Mongolian bbq, it's worth giving it a try. If you like Mongolian, then this is THE place to go in Stockton.

GK is the BEST!!!! I only hope to have an event large enough to have them cater it. The stockton location is due for a renovation but the food is awesome. The trick is in the suaces, you must get them right so a little trial and error is probably necessary. Good stuff!!!

I love this place and look forward to going back. My husband & I went there for lunch recently and I have to say the food was very good and fresh. I also enjoyed the experience of watching he guy prepare it for us after we made our selections of meats and vegetables. The staff were very nice and helpful, I will certainly be returning soon for dinner!!

i didn't know that stockton had a mongolian bbq. I accidentally ran into it and it turned out really good.

This place is always a unique experience. Being able to create your own dish is wonderful. I highly recommend it.

Mongolian BBQ is a unique experience. At first you are served Egg Flower soup and Fried Won Ton with Sweet and Sour Sauce. Spring Rolls at lunch time. Then you go up to a salad bar type table where you choose your own meat (Pork, Chicken, Turkey and Beef) then you add noodles and vegetables and an assortment of sauces and oils. Then you hand you bowl to one of the cooks who stir frys this over a huge round grid iron style grill while you watch. You create your own combination of flavors. When you get back to your table, they bring you a bowl of steamed rice and Chinese Crispy Biscuits at dinner. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The food is very tasty. I drive up from Modesto area once a week to dine here. Unlike most Chinese food, that leaves you hungry an hour later, this sticks to you. At lunch you can get one bowl, or all you can eat at dinner. Although I seldom eat more than one bowl, I prefer to dine there at dinner, because they put out a better selection of vegetables and they also put out peanuts which I like to add to my bowl. The staff is always very cheerful and friendly, to me that adds a lot to the dining experience. Small wonder it has become one of my favorite dining places. Very good value for the buck, and this place blows California Mongolian BBQ in Modesto out of the water in every aspect. I love this place!!! You Guys Rock!!!
