Best Lumpia, Stockton

love the food so much i go in at least once a week. i am able to order my food in advance so when i get there its ready. the only thing i could possible recommend is making the restaurant more filipino as far as decor , so it feels more authentic as far as eating at a filipino restaurant.

their food is good but their phone sucks, they cant learn to pick it up -_-

Best Lumpia has pretty good food.I mostly order the BBQ Pork and Mixed Noodles(Pancit).The service is good.I've been going there for years.

Have had the lumpia before, and it has been very good. Went Saturday and was very disappointed. Bought two combo meals and didn't get the Lumpia. Was supposed to come with 3 in each meal. When I was eating the noodles almost chocked on some twine that was in there with the noodles. How twine ended up in there I have no idea. Service sucked. The man was more interested in eating with his friends. He stood up to get my name and take my money but didn't give me what I paid for. Will never eat there again. Won't even waste me time in calling to complain. Just wanted to let others know about the service and the food. If you order food there check your order.

It looks dirty so the food must be dirty. The waitresses don't smile even though that wouldn't help their appearance much. The food is too greasy. It wasn't an enjoyable dinner for me.

We have been eating at Best Lumpia for about 3 years now. The service is superb;the staff friendly and quick. What the restaurant lacks in ambience it more than makes up for in quality food. The lumpia is always great. The adoba my personal favorite is wonderful. The rice is not too dry or sticky..it is just right with enough fluff. Oh and did I mention their pancit?????? YUM! Here you get good size portions of which I can never eat it all. The menu has a good variety of items. The prices are excellent. You can order take out and even order large quantities for a parties. You haven't eaten Phillipino (sp) food until you have eaten at Best Lumpia! It makes me hungry just thinking about it! One last thing the only reason I don't give it 5 starts is simply due to location and the setting. Yes, it is a clean restaurant more like a down home cafe... so I lowered the rating for the lack of charm and atmosphere... not bad just plain. That said I never turn down the opportunity to go there and eat.
