Long Phung Sandwich & Food, San Jose

I have placed food-to-go orders with this restaurants a number of times. More than half of the time, my experience has been very awful. This restaurant will take your orders even when they cannot fullfill the orders (mostly because of they took too many orders on the same day). When you arrive to pick up your feed, they would tell you that the order would be ready in a few minutes. But you'll end up waiting for at least 30 minutes because they still have to cook the food. One time, we had to wait for almost 1 hour. By the time food was ready, it was simply too late for our potluck party. Every one already ate by the time we arrived at the party. Don't order your food here. Go to some other places that are more reliable. I vowed never to do business with this restaurant again.
