This place must really not care about their customers...
We're having a dinner party on Saturday for about 9 people. The plan is to get take out and eat at the house, so I've been trying to get a menu from both of their locations w/o any luck.
I asked to have one faxed over - the Willow St., fax is broken. I go over to get a take out menu, they don't have one. I ask if I can take a real one and just bring it back when we pick up the food on Saturday, I'm told no. I ask the owner to fax me a menu when he goes to the Lincoln Ave., location and he says he will, but nadda! I actually tried again today...once I was told the office was closed, so the fax was locked up. I call another time and was told they don't have a fax machine.
I've eaten at the Willow Street location about two times before and don't recall the service being that bad (I don't recall it being great either) but seriously, this is just so frustrating!!!
If the people coming over didn't want to try it so bad (they've heard great things about the food) I wouldn't bother.
After Saturday, I'm never ordering food or eating here again! And I just live about 3 blocks away. Actually, hopefully I can talk everyone into getting food from someplace else! I really don't want to give them any business!!!!!!!!!!!
