The chefs at Aqui Cal-Mex Grill concoct a wonderfully varied fusion of California and Mexican cuisines that defies categorization. A little Asian influence is thrown in for even more variety. The daily specials are always magnificent. You can eat inside the Southwestern-styled dining room, where it is always packed, or you can hang out at the outside patio tables. For the more adventurous, 40 kinds of tequila are offered in the bar. Try the huge Ahi burrito. The service is great.
