Thai Pepper, Campbell

This location is now closed according to other restaurant reviewers. With Mothers day coming up in 2 weeks I am reminded of the bad experience we had there on a past Mothers day. They were supposed to have a special menu for the day but we missed out on that. I tried to order barbeque chicken but they were out of it. I ordered some other chicken dish but it had some horrible ground meat that was nearly inedible. I reviewed this place before but Yahoo must have yanked it because it was negative. Talk about censorship. Needless to say I haven t been back there since my last review.

only thai food in town so they can get away with being mediocre. the food is ok but not really fresh and the worst thai i've had in the bay area

I am not very much happy about this restaurant. We had our dinner last week when I went to campbell for business purpose. Their price was not as good as their price. Hope, next time we can have good food.

We looove Thai Pepper. I have eaten in the restaurant and received excellent, friendly service, but usually order to go. We are never disappointed. Our favorite dishes are the Rama Chicken and Masaman (sp?) curry, and the green and red curries are also wonderful. The restaurant is traditionally decorated and comfortable. The prices seem middle of the road, maybe a little high, but there is plenty of food for leftovers! :-)

Thai Pepper has been a favorite restaurant of my family for four years. Almost every time someone visits from out of town, we go here. The combination of excellent flavor, reasonable prices, and impeccable service has won us over. While we have tried multiple dishes, the Yellow Chicken Curry is our all time favorite (the Red Curry is also excellent, but not as tasty as the Yellow). The Pad Thai, Pad Woon Sen, and Drunken Noodle selections are also very good. For vegetarians, the Jay selections do not skimp on flavor. We have never had an extended wait for a table. Service is prompt and courteous. An excellent place for a quiet date or a catch-up family dinner.

I miss this place. Best Thai I have had in San Jose area. Great food, and friendly service! I recommend to anyone who wants a little spice in their lunch or dinner without breaking their bank account.

Some Thai restaurants don't make spicy enough, but this restaurant was good-spicy enough yet still tasteful. I've heard Krung Thai is the best in bay area, but I like this Thai pepper more than that.

Always consistent, always delicious, always as hot and spicy as you ask. You must try the Spicy Basil Chicken Wings, and my other favorite is Spicy Larb Chicken Salad. Nice people, great food, a bit short staffed if you are eating in. A great Thai place in the restaurant challenged South Bay.
