It's too bad that the management here has the poor attitude they do toward their patrons because this place has real potential. The beer is good and the pizza is even better. I have been here many times with coworkers and twice have had confrontations with the bartenders. Apparently they count the drinks you have, and when they determine that you have had too many by their arbitrary and capricious standards, they basically will ignore you. Last night I had 4 beers in a 4 hour period (with dinner as well) at the bar, and was questioned upon ordering another. The bar maid looked at my tab and alerted me that I had 4 beers, and I was warned against ordering another. I refrained, but when I was talking to the manager about it later, he was rude, defensive, and told me about how they were in cahoots with the local cops and how the cops wait outside for patrons to leave so they can bust them in an apparent entrapment scenario (which is illegal). Aside from accusing the local cops of committing this egregious scheme, the bald headed manager lost me on his defensive anti-patron approach, and even accused me of slurring my words, which I was clearly not. I won't be going back there soon. There are other brew pubs that appreciate their patrons.
Go for the beer and nothing else!
I've been here a few times...I always want to like it but for the most part I always leave disappointed.
The service is consitantly bad and so is the food.
However, the bartenders are consitantly good and so is the beer.
Perfect for a couple of drinks with friends, but seriously..... nothing else.
Good brewery and resturant. Had great experience. Food good and beer is really good too. Only thing is the womens restroom has a very strong odor of Pine Sol or something, hold your breath before entering..
On a good day the best I could say is that at least it's warm inside. The place is to loud, the service is slow, and the food does not have much taste to it. One good thing is that the hostess seems to be friendly.
