I went to Aroma cafe to do my school work and usually buy something to eat or drink while I sit there. Today, I was just sitting and doing work and did not buy anything it was too late to drink caffine. Any way, I guess, that was the owner, came to me with not a polite behavior and told me that I have to buy something to be here and I respond I usally buy things here and He stated this is for our customer only as he knows for sure whether I am the customer or not, which I usally are and I only go there sometimes. I felt like somebody was telling me to leave now and did not think the treatement that I got was appropriate and felt very hurt will never come back to that place any more!
I could understand that if that would the a perosn who would go to the Cafe all the time and did not buy anything, but in this case. He may lose more customers by not interacting in a professional way!
