Chevys Fresh Mex, San Pablo

Date & time of visit: 3/25 @ 4:30pm - at the time there were only 5 tables being served. It was not at all crowd. This place is so ghetto....they have the worst service. After speaking to serval people about what happened; they felt the same way. The servers looks dirty & on drugs. The manager doesn't know what customer service is about. He doesn't even know what the resturant serves. I don't know how Chevys, such a big chain resturant, would hire idiots like that. I understand 'no discrimination'; but dame put these people in some kind of training & etiquette class...He looks & acts even more stupid then the servers. What a disgrace for the resturant. But 1 thing that was prompt was after filing a complaint on line; 2 managers phoned me to apologize & see if they can accomidate me w/free meals. I told them it's not the free meals that I want; I wanted better customer service...But it's 2 meals too late...I am boycotting this place forever.
