How did this place ever survive since 1927. What garbage! A lot of quantity and no quality. But you can understand this when you see the ilk that frequents that place.

I don't like this place. The food is too expensive and it dosen's taste that great. You pay a $1 extra for sour cream, chees, or any each thing you want extra. I don't recommend and it, but I hear the bar is a nice place to hang.

Are your reviewers crazy or in the pay of the owners of this dump. LOUSY Mexican food. High prices. Crapola! Maybe the reviewers had too many margaritas before they wrote you. What is most telling is the number of BAD reviews this place got.

THIS IS MY SPOT. I DON'T REALLY LIKE THE FOOD IT'S TOO HEAVY I LIKE FRESH MEX GRILLED MEXICAN FOOD, BUT THE BAR IS ALWAYS FUN. I LOVE mexicali rose. The hours are GREAT the food is even BETTER! This is me and my boyfriends FAVORITE place!!!!! I LOVE IT!

Great food. But I love the drinks.Joey at the bar is great. He will make you a good drink at a good price. I am a regular at this place. Plus there's always a crowd of interesting people here to keep you laughing.

in a city that offers many fine mexican places to eat,Mexicali Rose was a gross let down . worst chicken Ive ever had,burnt chips,bland sides etc. believe me,there are far better choices out there.

Original best and biggest burrito.

If you want to fill up on good Mexican food, Mexicali Rose is definitely the place. Large portions are the order of the day. If you like Super Burritos this is the place!

Yea this place rocks. The decor is nothing special--has that old skool 70's dinge kinda look to it but the food is very impressive, flavorful & cheap & you will get full here, they give you alot of food. i always judge a mexican restaurant on the tortilla chips, if the chips arent good, whats the hope for the rest of the food? but the chips, like everything else here are scrumptious. the plates are piled high & HOT! the margaritas are strong!! & the service is very good fast & friendly.
