Salo-Salo Filipino Cuisine, San Leandro

I first used Salo Salo to cater a party in 2003. Prior to choosing them, my husband and I sampled food at four other Filipino restaurants in San Leandro, San Lorenzo, and Hayward. None were as good as Salo Salo. All the Filipinos at the party raved about how tasty the food was and I passed out the Salo Salo business cards. Since then, I have always used them to cater parties. Very friendly service. When my father passed away in 2006, the owners offered their restaurant to host a private party on the one night they are normally closed. They have true Filipino hospitality.
