Chili Palace Chinese Restaurant, San Leandro

Very good food, and one of the better atmosphere's for any San Leandro restaurant. The portions are on the smaller size and the price is a little high again for San Leandro. The service is okay, a little slow and it's a little difficult to communicate anything special unless you speak the language. Since it's a new restaurant, I expect the service will improve as the staff matures. Recommend the lettuce cups.
