Welcome to La Toque, Chef Ken Frank's highly acclaimed restaurant in Napa Valley. Our menu evolves continuously to showcase the finest seasonal ingredients. We source the freshest products through our network of local farms and purveyors to create unique flavors and textures. The Core menu features a broad range of dishes from which you can create your own multi-course experience. Our Chef's Table Menu and Vegetable Menu are both presented in a progressive tasting format and should be served to the entire table. Optional wine pairings offer a unique opportunity to enjoy a wide range of styles and flavors. Our sommeliers explore the world far and near to create a harmony of flavors specific to each dish. Great presentation, Seemed to take a little long between dishes, 3 hours without the wine pairing. Be prepared to spend $$$$$.

Anyone visiting Wine Country should dine here and do the wine pairing. With the explanation from the Steward as to what wine was paired, and why, you will do your tastings with a different perspective. Everything was great.

The wine pairing is an absolute must. My husband took me here for our anniversary and it was a spectacular meal. I never really understood what a wine paring could do for a meal until this dinner. Each wine completely transformed the dish it accompanied and brought it from good to amazing. The wine pairings I have had since, and the ones I had before this dinner, are a far cry from the dance of flavors created by Yoon Ha and Ken Frank.

A step down from its former location, La Toque has become a typical high end hotel restaurant. While a lot of fanfare accompanies the delivery of every course - the quality is just not what it should be for the prices charged. As for ambiance, this is just another charmless modern setting - very noisy but otherwise quite forgettable. It's a pity so many visitors to the Napa Valley may end up here and never know what they missed elsewhere!

Chef Ken Frank really knows how to cook. He is a master with foie gras, truffles and other exquisite ingredients. The game dishes are superb, too. Come for a special event and let the servers make you feel pampered.
