Celadon, Napa

The best. friendly, good food, always "the place to be" with those of us who live in Napa. "new ones" come and go, but Greg is a community oriented, consistent presence. Don't miss Celedon - the setting is delightful, the food always exceptional.

Wonderful, if not inspired. The signature Lamb shank was comfort food as good as it gets.

My husband and I recently took a trip to Napa and Celadon was definitely our favorite place that we ate. We sat on the covered patio right next to the fireplace. It was chilly outside that night, but we were warm and comfortable on the patio. The food was excellent. My husband and I each got a salad and an appetizer and all of it was delicious. We were completely satisfied without breaking the bank. After all the wine tasting we had done, the specially cocktails that they had were a nice change of pace. The Spa Martini was amazing!

A place to impresss a date: the locale over a creek and bridge, very nice room, great food, and v. good service. Date not impressed? Is its name from a character from d'Urfe's L'Astree, Ovid's Metamorphoses, or a piece of Chinese porcelain?

Reliable downtown Napa eatery along the Napa River. Can still count on Greg Cole to deliver affordable Asian influenced cuisine after all these years. Service is good but the decor has become tired.

The food is always super,but the menu doesn't change much.I guess the locals would be up in arms,if their favorites were dropped from the menu.

This restaurant deserves a lot more attention than it's been getting. Greg Cole's food is fantastic, and the vibe is comfortable and welcoming. The covered and partially enclosed patio is perfect for lunch or a warm evening.

We return to this restaurant every time we visit Napa. One of our favorites.

Great, friendly, comfortable eatery with a great california menu with an asian/pacific rim twist with several dishes. The watermelon and pork belly appetizer is a must. The daily pasta is always unusual and flavorful.
