Love Favorite Indian Restaurant! I ve been here several times and have yet to be disappointed. As such, I decided they deserved a 5 star review. Lovely owner running this place and the staff provide wonderful service. The food is amazing! I love to get their curry chicken, butter naan, and chicken momos. I ve also tried their chicken tikka masala the sauce is excellent. I ve tried quite a few other things here, and all have been really good. Affordable, nice people and right down the street from me. Love it, love it, love it!
As someone who LOVES Indian food and traveled to India and ate Indian food for 2 weeks straight while there, Favorite Indian Restaurant competes with the best. We had the Chicken tandoori, Chicken Tikka Masala, and Sag Paneer. All mouth-wateringly good! Seasoned very well with just the right amount of spice. I asked for Spicy and it was perfect! Not too spicy but packing a definite punch. My friend’s didn t ask for spicy and they enjoyed theirs equally as much! The service was great! The portions heaping! And the price SHOCKED us with how affordable it was! Then, to make a great place turn into a hidden gem, they told us it was BYOB! Praise HIM! ....and eat here! You won t regret it!
CLOSED. I called and got a reservation, but when I here, the place was closed and looking through the windows the place was a mess. Seems that when you call this number, your call is redirected to their other location without your knowledge. One other couple also arrived to find it closed while we were standing outside. Funny thing is the neon open sign was lit in the window. From what I saw from outside, this location is very small, you would be better off at their other location anyway.
Simply amazing Indian food!! Went Favorite Indian Restaurant a few nights ago, and had one of the best dinners in a long time. The staff was friendly and helpful (even gave us choices for other Indian restaurants to try in town over next few days). The food was perfectly spiced and seasoned. Went with standards (Chicken Tikki Masala, Chicken Korma)--chicken was tender, tasty. Spices complemented the dishes. The garlic naan was delicious. The samosas were perfect, as were the chutneys. Will definitely return, and highly recommend Favorite Indian Restaurant!
Favorite Indian Restaurant is the only place I go for Indian food. I've been other places in the area and they just don't even come close. The Sunday brunch they offer consists of a spread of food that covers an entire wall- so much variety that it is hard to try everything before you are full! And every single bit of it is delicious. I've been here many times and NEVER have been disappointed.
WOW, that was fast! Granted, Favorite Indian Restaurant is closer to home than other places we order from, the delivery was still surprisingly fast. This was great considering I was starving. This time around, we ordered Samosas, Veggie Pakora, (Veggie Curry), Chicken Tikka Masala, Garlic Naan, and Vegetable Biryani. Yeah, that's a lot of food, but that also means I have leftover Indian food to look forward to for another meal! Anyhow, the food from Favorite Indian Restaurant is outstanding - everything is so tasty, nothing you order will be missing out on spices and flavors. I really enjoyed their Chicken Tikka Masala - the most flavorful version I've had so far.
This review is specifically for the time which we have spent their while enjoying the indian food at Favorite Indian Restaurant. It was wonderful! My friend and I came here for a dinner. I believe it was like a hump day evening, so really we thought we'd easily find a seat. However, come 7 p.m. We got there to notice that it was already filling up quite a bit. That's impressive. Nice high ceilings, medium sound volume - mainly in the electronica regime. That's certainly not my favorite, but it supplemented the trendy atmosphere affirmatively. We have ordered butter chicken, tandoori chicken & biryani everything was awesome and fresh. The small plates were actually very delicious, reasonably affordable for everyone.
Favorite Indian Restaurant is One of the best Indian restaurants I've eaten at-EVER!...and being an Indian myself, this is not a rating I dole out lightly. Stumbled upon the place by accident and was very pleasantly surprised. The food was AMAZING and although the customer service is leisurely, it's worth the wait. Our waiter was very sweet and friendly and offered honest recommendations about the menu options. The best part of the whole experience was the freshness and quality of the food. No pre-made pastes or prepped curries here. The portion sizes are generous too...I was full after the samosa and chili fritter appetizers! I'm recommending this place to anyone I know who's looking for good Indian food in the city.
Amazing Indian Food Cuisine at Favorite Indian Restaurant with amazing service. If you like it hot, you can get it here! It's my fav and go-to India restaurant in the city. They also have service order online. I've been impressed with all the dishes I've ordered: Veg Samosas, Chicken kebabs, Aloo Gobi, Yellow Dal, Channa Masala, Chicken Tikka Masala, Veg/Chicken Biryani, tandoori chicken. The nan, roti and parathas are also top notch. You can't go wrong. Get a mago lassi to cool off your taste buds....mmmmmmmm... I am now leaving to go eat here again!
