I really enjoy the dim sum (something that's not readily available in the East Bay, unless you're willing to drive up to skanky ChinaTown in Oakland). The rest of the food is decent. They deliver, but there is a $25 minimum (which they don't hesitate to inform you about, even if you've ordered from them a million times before!) and service can be slow. Like many Chinese restaurants, service can be rather abrupt and unfriendly.
Our family dines at New Hong Kong on a regular basis. We enjoy the daily dim sum which has a good variety of selections. The delivery service has been wonderful and has never been incorrect or late! Restaurant ambiance could use some help, but the value is fantastic!
