Jack's Brewing, Fremont

For what you get, things seem overpriced. There are too many items on the menu. The specials are not specials at all, they appear for months at a time. I�d like to see less choices and higher quality in the food. The micro-brewed beer is passable. A better selection of wine would be nice.

Jack's need to expand!: The Beer (especially the IPA) is awesome. Food is good, but wish there were more specials to choose from. Adding a personal pizza might be a good idea. The place overall is great and the service is wonderful. It's location is a little hidden and perhaps the owners should consider a second location (in the Livermore Area perhaps with it's great new downtown) Update: I am proud to say someone with the business must have read my review beacause they now offer a personal pizza on ciabatta bread. Awesome!! Thanks for listening...

I'll start by saying that the food is decent, even good; although, most of it is general fried pub fair. However, as a beer fanatic, I found most of their beers to be mediocre. Their IPA is the most popular beer, but let's face it, with that much hops, you can't really taste anything else. I wouldn't say it was horrible, but for the price they're charging, you can get MUCH better beer elsewhere. I also noticed that they tend to over-hop almost all their beers, which is an easy way to hide a lesser beer. The only beer I though was almost worth the price was their Hefeweizen, which unfortunately is only seasonal. Good onion rings though...

I travel extensively on business and enjoy comparing microbrews to my own. I have to say that the IPA at Jack's is supurb. not as good as the Dog Day IPA at Lucky Labrador's in Portland but very close. The Food at Jack's is wonderful! I have sampled fish taco's from everywhere and I make a special stop at Jack's to eat theirs. Wonderful service, great prices and No better fish taco's anywhere.

I LOVE JACK's.....if your a serious beer drinker join the mug club. i should have joined sometime ago....im actually going to join tonite! Me and my boyfriend are regulars now. we are @ jack's at least once a week. He always orders the bbq plate, which is ON HIT! And i always order the cobb salad with ranch, We ALWAYS finish every last bite! The staff is awesome. Everyone is friendly. They will change channels on the flat screens to the games you want to watch! Once again....I LOVE JACKS!!!

I have been going to Jack's for years and have noticed the decline in their food. Tonight I ordered food to go and was totally disappointed to the point I may not go back. My wife ordered the meat loaf and instead of it being open faced, she wanted it as a sandwich. It was dry. The meat loaf dinner is under $10. I was charged $10.49. I had the brew house club. The lettuce tasted like soap. The worst sandwich I have ever had. My daughter had the chicken tenders. They charged me 50 cents for the ranch dressing. Why not let a customer know that there is a charge for changing an order as well as ranch dressing.

We enjoyed our experience at Jack's Brewing Company in fremont, The Beer was outstanding especially the IPA. The Food was also great, We had Steak and Salmon and they were very good. Fremont has a winner with this pub.

One of my favorite places to go, of course, my favorite type of food is usually found at Breweries. The great thing about a lot of breweries is the quality of food they use and Jacks is no different. They probably have the best Buffalo Wings I've ever had, coupled with great beer, cute waitresses and a lot of TVs for sports shows and I'm There!
