Thai Garden Restaurant, Hayward

This is the best place in town to get Pad Thai. I love this place. They are fast and very friendly.

Went there on a tuesday night, it was practically empty. From outside the place looked cheap. Inside, the ambience is not bad and service was quick and friendly. But the food wasnt as good as i would have hoped.

Thai Garden is probably one of the best Thai restaurants I have tried, at least in Alameda county. The service was superb and ambiance was quite nice. The restaurant did not look attractive from the outside, but I am telling you, it has some serious people inside who know how to cook Thai right! We tried the Tom-Ga (chicken coconut milk soup), Pad-Thai, and the Duck Curry, and they were all excellent. The price was about average for the quality of food. I would definitely take my friends there next time!

I love this place....it looks like a hole in the wall, but the food a GREAT! I have not tasted anything bad there!! The fried banana and ice cream is TO DIE FOR!!

I've been going to this little place for several years now. The food is always excellent and I've yet to try a dish that I didn't like. The Panang curry is my favorite. The service there is wonderful and courteous and I like the cozy feel that this small resteraunt has.

the tom yum goong, beef on stick are excellent. curries are reasonable. sometimes the daily special is seafood, etc. a real bargain. good service. never too croweded. low key atmosphere.
