We went to Yuki Of Tokyo Saturday for the first time to celebrate my son's 21st birthday. Parking was easy. Walking in we found it small, but quaint. The door had pictures of customers which were interesting to look at. We had 7 people and Simon quickly put two tables together for us and took our drink orders. Geannie (owner/wife) came over when we were ready to order. The food was very good. Soft shelled crab was great. The saki bombs were da bomb! Simon joined us for a round, which was fun! We met the owner Frank who is more on the quiet side, but came over to speak with us as we were leaving. They gave my son a special huge salmon/california roll for his birthday! But he was so stuffed, he had to take it home. It was delicious! Thanks to Frank, Geannie and Simon for making my son's birthday very special! We all had a great time! ;-)
The owners of this small Japanese restaurant really MAKE the experience here. Their food is awesome but doing saki bombs with the owner is even better. This is a definite stop if you're in the mood for great sushi and superb service.
