Neighborhood Italian hole in the wall

We ate at Vic's on a Monday evening and had the restaurant to ourselves, except for a solo pool player. The radio was playing KOIT. We chose our own table and sat under a few pictures, including a water stained photo of a young lady. The restaurant was cold. Reading the menu we were surprised to find not just Italian and pizza, but also a few Indian dishes. The garlic fries tasted like they had been stored in the freezer too long, and the soda was flat, but the garlic cheese bread was better. The man dishes, manicotti and chicken cacciatore, were good, and the service was friendly. On our way out we were told the restaurant delivers, and since the restaurant is inexpensive it may have take-out or home delivery potential.
