This is our favorite restaurant in North Beach. The food is always excellent and we enjoy the Italian waiters. We have been there for lunch and dinner and have always been pleased. We have recommended this restaurant to all our friends.
WOW! The food was excellent! Would definately recommend to anyone looking for great italian food. The sidewalk seating was a bonus. Just a block away from the bus line, the bartender and servers were very good. The Margherita pizza was amazing and the pasta incredible. The Ossobucco is fantastic!!!!! Yummy we will be back next time we go to San Fran!
Everything was delicious and it reminded us of our recent trip to Napoli, Italia. The excellent service and convenient location made the end of our day in the city finish with a satisfying meal. With the hustle and bustle of the city all around and the Italian music in the background we enjoyed an excellent dining experience.
We waited for 15 minutes before someone took our order. I had to look like a sad puppy dog before the hostess noticed that we hadn't had anyone service us. The food and value are awesome. It was obvious they were short staffed as other patrons were left hanging.
I love the authentic feel of this restaurant. The waitstaff and kitchen staff are mostly authentic. The food is out of this world. I recommend the gnocchi with the red sauce or the salmon with fettucine noodles. Both are excellent. Go with a group of close friends or your special someone.
Great selection of Italian favorites, served by a doting and friendly staff. The heated outdoor seating is a definite plus especially when the hostess allows you to enjoy a cigarette after a fine meal.
