We went around 11AM on weekday to avoid the crowd. Fortunately, there were no lines outside the restaurant (as on weekends), but we did have to wait about 15 minutes inside to get a seat. I can see why the place is so popular. Inside is very cozy and feels homely. Service was prompt and coffee refills were generous. Food is not much different than other American breakfast/brunch places, but the freshness of the ingredients were noticeably better. I had Eggs Benedict and the hollandaise sauce was very good, and the eggs tasted very fresh. It's definitely worth checking out, but probably not if it means standing in line for more than an hour.
