You come in and see the hand-shaped burgers in the deli window. The meat is terrific, not processed. They know how to do good burgers, and what kind of beers to serve with them. HIGHLY reccomended.

Great Hole in the Wall

Anytime you can see your fresh meat before it is cooked has to be good. They have the juciest and most flavorul burgers. Fries are also good. A+++

Best Burger in the Bay

I have been going to Bullshead since I was a little kid. No matter how far I travel, Bullshead has the BEST burger (Port of Call in New Orleans is a close second). Consistency being what it is, you just can't go wrong with a burger here. Service can be a little iffy at times but feel free to order take out. A hidden gem in SF and I hope it stays that way!

Best Burgers in the City

I've been going here for years and the burgers are made from ground steak and are consistently tasty and fresh. And recently, they started serving buffalo burgers which are lower in fat than beef and still tastes pretty good.

A Burger in the City

If you're looking for a great burger and a place to hang out with a few friends, go to BullsHead. It's a little restuarant located right next to the West Portal Metro station. The burgers here are hugh, food is awesome, service is great and the price is good. Try the Buffalo burger, you'll be hooked. Highly Recommended.

Good food, Great breakfast

If you like to have a filling portion that tastes as good as it would if you cooked it yourself, go here. The place is small, a little messy even but don't let that fool you. The food and service super. I've had no bad experiences here, unless you count the few times that I've had to wait. Twenty minutes is not a long wait time tho, so, GO!

Step inside and all of a sudden it's 1955, back when life was simple and red meat was king. There is simply no better burger in the city. Period.

This place is surprisingly good with their burgers, fries and bufflo wings. Quite a neighborhood style restaurant.
