Noted for its Kung Pao specialties and extensive take-out menu, Andy's Chinese Cuisine serves gargantuan portions of Mandarin and Quechua cuisine. The dining area is spacious and comfortable. Several people can sit at the large circular tables, making this venue an excellent choice for a group luncheon or large family gathering. The wait staff is attentive and friendly, and service is quick and thorough. With more than 200 items on the menu, 35 seafood dishes alone, you are bound to find a Chinese dish you have never tried before. Hey the food is great; just like my ex-mother in-law's! She was a super cook, and Andy's food is good if not better. The portions are generous. Do the take-out thing, because there isn't much atmosphere in the restaurant. If you do eat there, the advantage is the food comes out of the kitchen nice and hot. I like the food, portions and price... it's great.
this place has the rudest order takers and front desk staff. the delivery drivers are rude, as well. hate to go in because hostess and order takers have very nasty attitudes....if u can tolerate the rude and nasty treatment, the food is actually not that bad. however, if rude treatment upsets your apetite, don't go into this place or order from them, because it can put you in a bad mood by the time your food comes...
I love this restaurant. I live in the area and they are hands down the best Chinese food around, even compared to most places in the heart of Chinatown. The prices are also great. But by no means is the quality or portions sacrificed.
