There are SO many good rolls to choose from! The nigiri sushi was fresh also. I even liked the rolls that had mango in them. It sounds strange but it works! Definitely going to go back and try some of the other rolls.

My one gripe with Sushi Bistro is that I'm having a harder and harder time to get a seat because it's getting more and more popular. I'm not sure why I'm writing this because it can only make it more crowded, but I had to get Xin on Yahoo's best list. His rolls are amazing, his fish is the freshest, and it's just a nice cozy place to hang out...everything a bistro should be. So I hope you go, but save a seat at the bar for me.

The best sashimi I've had. The presentation in every dish is awesome and so beautiful that you don't even want to eat it.

Sushi Bistro is the best of the best. Don't even need to touch the california rolls. There are so many other rolls that they offer.

After coming here, I have never gone to another Japanese Restaurant (been 2 months). The people there are friendly, especially at the bar. Oh, and you can't forget about the food. Go on the weekdays, its not as crowded.

Who would have known that this little hole in the wall offer such great sushi. The rolls are delicious and the fish is so fresh. Just so good.

huge variety of rolls - all yum yum yummy. this place is the epitome of california/hawaiian style suhi, friendly staff and atmosphere. great little family run restaruant- for those of us who prefer small mom and pop places to the big chain restaraunts.
