This hidden gem of a restaurant is tucked away in Japantown and serves superb Koryori cuisine. Koryori is a traditional Japanese style of serving small dishes that focuses on fresh ingredients popular in Tokyo. The restaurant is relatively small with a polished wood bar, small dining room and unassuming entrance. The staff consists of the waitress and chef Toshiaki Kimura who delivers complex and precise flavors. This is one culinary experience not to be missed when visiting San Francisco.
