Most intriguing was the Spinach appetizer with raw ginger cubes, lemon cubes, peanuts, cucumber, and toasted coconut to roll in the spinach leaf. The dipping sauce was a bonus taste. So unique were the combinations. The variety of vegetarian food was a delight, and the vegetables were cooked a perfect tender crisp in the most delicious ever red curry sauce.
