ce like this stays in business when there is so many other options in a foodie city like SF! I call in an order for delivery and an hour and half later they call back to tell us they got busy and lost our order! They asked what we wanted and for our credit card info again. I think not. First, how do you not write down an order or have technology to keep track of orders. Secondly how do you not realize and call a customer after an hour and half with no good excuse or even offer free food when clearly it was their mistake! Worst customer service and even worse at running a restaurant! I will NEVER return. Oh and all of this on a Monday night...not even in a weekend!

Great food. Sometimes when I order a burger the fries are rock hard (sad ... but its only sometimes) the burgers are awesome though! Fast delivery and friendly people. GOOD prices too.

Me and my girlfriend call it the BEST PIZZA in SF......Love it, love the service the waitresses are great great value....we suggest the deep dish with extra cheese..... Hope this helps.....And sit by the window with all the people out side its like a dinner and a show

Yum! The Front Room's Chicago-style deepdish pizza is awesome. I had a great salad, too, that included avocado, salami, blue cheese, raisins, tomatoes, cucumbers and carrots. The best part is that they deliver, so you don't have to go there and wait for a table.

Pros: none Cons: Horrible pizza. Overall: I ordered a pepperoni pizza from Front Room. I've done this before, at least 10 times, back in the late '90s, and always loved their pies. The one they delivered was horrible. Cheap cheese that doesn't brown well, sub-par pepperoni, and generally unpleasant sauce and crust. I could broil a shoe and it would taste better than this thing, which I tossed in the trash after 1 slice. Where did the love go in just 5 years?

We went in hopes in trying a new pizza place. We had to wait a 1/2 more than they had said and on top of that the pizza had so much cheese on it that you could barely tell that there was any dough underneath. I think that if the pizza weren't so filled with cheese it would have been alright, but with that much cheese it just felt like I had ordered a large slice of cheese, which wasn't too pleasant for my 7 year old child as it was so difficult to chew all of that cheese
