How Disapointing
Every year I go to the top restaurant in the region in which I am living. I am a chef who has traveled the country training and dining. I spent $600 dollars on dinner at the French Laundry last year, Oliveto another, Chez Pannise, Picasso, Le Bernardin, I know good food, service, and wine. As a fellow CIA graduate I had additional insight when it came to Danko's restaurant. I expect to be treated like a member of a family where we are the starving artists that will never starve. Yet I left unfulfilled and only able to afford a glass of Pierre Jouet for $18! The half bottles started at an astronomical ammount. The Server didn't know what the amuse was, the maitre d was the friendliest staff member there but that bordered on overly flirtatious. Very dissapointin. I would not got back and not only would I not reccomend it, I tell everyone that I meet in the industry to not waste their time.
