I must say I had the greatest dinner ever and I may add I have dined at many of the finest restaurants in sanfrancisco. I have been at the top of the Mark and Sears,Joes all of them and Roys was by far the finest in the attentive staff, the drinks were good I had a mango mojito the appitizer was the sampler lobster potsticker, shortrib, aji tuna and shrimp. it was perfection nothing overpowering and my mouth was in a twirl of joy. I orderd the sea food dinner lobster, shrimp, and scallops all amazing nothing was overdone or under cooked all perfection. we shared the salid wich was baby greens and also a pleasure to enjoy. the end was a chocolate suffley that was full of chocolate syrup and it all ran out with every spoon fresh vanilla bean ice cream and coffee it was an inchanting evening and the waiter was a complete prince I felt like a Queen and ate a dream dinner.

My husband and I love this restraunt! Everytime we travel we try to locate a Roys in the different cities. Locations we already tried are: Maui, Pebble Beach,San Francisco,New York, La Jolla, Altlanta, New Port Beach. They all were great! The chocolate souffle is to die for! Hope that you will try and enjoy too!

First time I tried this restaurant. I thought this is really nice. Not too noisy because we sat in the back balcony. I had a lot of fun and the food was great. My friends were commenting on the great service with the bread and how they constantly waited on us. Of course the chocolate souffle was to die for and there were so many delicious plates to try, I couldn't decide which one to order and my husband ordered more than one and we took some home for the family. The second time I went we went to Kauii and it was even more wonderful!

Best Chocolate Souffle. Period.

The food, decor and service at Roy's are all top notch but even their excellent seafood dishes are eclipsed by their desserts. In particular, the chocolate souffle (which takes 20mins after you order) is decadent.

I shouldn't have waited so long!

I've been waiting to try this restaurant since before my trip to Hawaii (Early June). I finally went at the end of July and loved it! The server was great, very attentive and friendly. The manager was very nice and even came to check on our table while I was having the delectable Chocolate Souffle. The spare ribs were delicious and so was the Macademia Nut Mahi Mahi. I would recommend the Hawaiian Fusion Sampler for a first timer. My friend's Surf 'n Turf looked awesome as well as her Mango Cheesecake. The entire crew was very friendly (just like the natives of Hawaii.) The only complaint I had was the noise level. I guess because it's just that busy. Don't forget to make reservations!

Great Hawaiian Fusion Eats
By ,
Went here over the weekend. I was surprised to find parking with ease at this location in SF. Delicious food, excellent service, and fun and friendly atmosphere will make me go back! Must eats: The ribs, macadamia nut crusted mahi mahi, and the Melting Hot Chocolate Soufflé is to die for. Go check it out, you won't be sorry!

Mahalo, Roy!

EXcellent Hawaiian fusion cuisine! We went on a whim as part of SF's Dine About Town experience and were extremely pleased. The crab cake appetizer (which we added) was amazing. I enjoyed the macadamia nut crusted mahi-mahi with a nice Pinot Noir. And you can't go wrong with either of the desserts on the Dine About Town menu--a warm chocolate souffle in a delicious raspberry sauce or a yummy caramel pecan tart, both a la mode. January is going to be an excellent month for food!

Excellent food and service.

If you are tried with steak or pasta, come try Roy's. Their seafood dishes are fresh and delicious. Mix and match the taste of Asian and Fusion style. Honestly, i've never have Hawaiian food before but now i love it. i tried the Prix fixe Menu, $33 each person, including appetizer( one shrimp gonza, one shrimp on stick, one short rib). i chose Mahi Mahi with Lobster Butter Sauce for entree. and Roy's Melting Hot Chocolate Souffl for dessert (must try). All are excellent. Avg. $60 for person.( after tax and tips). will go back again =)

yummy eats buddy

Roy's is like a taste tour through the pacific rim. The dishes explode in your mouth like good asian style dishes should. Think good sushi and Thai flavors with a touch of French.
