Since its opening in 1993, Boulevard restaurant has been hailed as one of the best restaurants in San Francisco. Created in partnership with designer Pat Kuleto, the elegant, yet warm and welcoming interior of Boulevard is the essence of the Belle Epoque style. Jan. 12, 2011...Rubber chicken.Could've bounced like a rubber ball. No taste. Ordinary pork and beef. Everything over salted! Highly overrated. EXTREMELY Lousy service. Very loud and noisy and stressful place. Limited menu. Rude waitress..very offensive...left feeling angry, disappointed, duped.

Between the appetizer and the entrees, a good 20 minutes passed. The entrees were luke warm and not cooked properly. They were sent back and came back re-heated, probably under some heating devices. In addition, we were exposed to some strange fumes from the kitchen which we never experienced before. Stay away from tables that are in the middle of the restaurant right across from the kitchen. In all it was a major disappointment when you have to pay $35 for an entree and $12 for a glass of wine.

The concierge at the Four Seasons deserves enormous credit for getting us a Friday evening table at 24 hours notice - Boulevard fully justifies its reputation as one of San Francisco's best restaurants. Welcoming service was backed up with food that manages to be both satisfying and sophisticated at the same time.

Doesn't miss a trick, well prepared, carefully constructed, bursting with great flavor...the whole menu!Not to be missed, and for a special treat try the chefs bar...great for a twosomes.

I have wanted to come to the city and eat at this restaraunt for years. Today I finally got that chance and Boulevard did not let me down. The decor is beautiful, the food is a feast for the eyes as well as the palate, and the service was exceptional. Our server Keith was a delight. I didn't think Boulevard was pricier than anywhere else. I will be happy to go back.

Mediocrity through and through!!! If you want a steak go to a better steakhouse. If you want amazing seafood go to a seafood restaurant. Boulevard offers little in atmosphere save an aging wine vault, and rewards you with a big tab at the end. Service is good but not incredible. If you have an expense account, give it a shot, but for others there are many better restaurants.

Amazing food and great ambiance. This is a perfect place to entertain a client. I would recommend this restaurant for its amazing seafood and presentation.
