Millennium, San Francisco

I have been here several times and I have loved it every time. The food is amazing and the service is great. Terrific ambiance. I can't get enough of this place!

I have heard great things about this restaurant. So I finally went. Cob webs hung on the lamp at our table and the service was awful. The food presentation was nice, but the mixture of flavors did not compliment each other at all. I would not eat here again.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! Go to the next block from Millennium and try Golden Era, another veg restaurant.

I had dinner at the Millennium restaurant in SF last night, and had a disappointing experience! Their menu is nothing but a collection of different cuisines from all over the world with a bad twist! I had �Grilled Abala Mushroom Paella�, and turned out it was nothing but a bad Pad Thai with some fried mushrooms! My friends had similar opinion as well. Considering the costs of their entrees, this place is nothing but hype! Don�t waste your money here!

The menu is constantly changing and is seasonal, and the ambiance is quiet and good for a romantic evening. Staff is attentive but NOT intrusive. AND - they do a special lover's prix-fixedinner every once in awhile that is wonderful!

This is a truly great restaurant. While almost entirely vegan (at least at my visit), the menu will still please even the most insistent carnivore. I took my wife for a romantic dinner when we first starting dating. We visited on aphrodisiac night, when you and your companion are served a five-course meal and given a hotel room for the night. It was only $150 when we went, although I don't know what the price is now. A bit on the pricey side, but well worth the money if you're will to drop a little change. There are a few choices for veggie food in the bay, but this is by far the best. Call ahead for reservations.

My boyfriend and I did the chef's tasting menu with wine pairings. Excellent food, inventive and tasty! However, the service was pretty bad. We were seated a half hour after our scheduled reservation. The lag time between courses was quite lengthy at times (up to 20 minutes!) and the timing of the delivery of the wines and the dishes to the table was not meshed well at all. Finally, the server was a bit lackluster, which made the dinner less exciting than it could have been. Despite the fact that the food was very good, I am less inclined to dine here again due to the overall experience.

Incredible meals, great ambiance, good wines and wonderful deserts to start or end your evening. Can't beat this restaurant in San Francisco!
