Farallon, San Francisco

I was so impressed with how they handled my initial inquiry. I have an allergy to latex which also leads to 30 food allergies. They went out of their way to be latex safe and make me a delicious dish to enjoy. We gave them plenty of notice, weeks in fact, and were not disappointed. Great service,beautiful environment and excellent food.

If you are in SF, and have a date, you DO NOT want to miss this experience. Book ahead of time, and know that this will be worth the wait. It is one of, if not best memory my wife and I have of dining out, anywhere, which includes the carribean, far east, europe and the states.....

The deserts at Farallon's are fabulous, and their decoration is worth going just to take pictures with.

If I were asked to suggest an SF Restaurant or say my favorite one-this has got to be the one!! I love this place!! The staff is attentive and decor is fun. I enjoy the layout of the restaurant and hearing a bit of the buildings history. The food is excellent and worth the money you pay-and please don't hate me, but I love the pan seared Fois Gras or the Fois Gras Pate-sometimes order two as my starter and if they are on the menu that night try them. You will walk away from this dining experience very pleased.

I had dinner with my best friend who came from Chicago. We were craving for some good seafood. We couldn't get a reservation at Aqua which was suppose to be the best seafood restaurant in SF. Instead we had pretty good seafood at Farallon. I must warn you that it's little expensive here. Two of us had main course and some wine and it still came up to over $130. They have great wine selections and ambience is very nice. If you want to impress your date with good seafood I recommend this place.

Wonderful and unique menu. We enjoy seafood and the presentation at Farallon is delightful.

The ambiance is up beat and fun. Starting out at the bar, visiting with locals and business travelers; sets the mood for a great evening. Executive chef Parke Ulrich will blow your mind with his creativtiy on all his dishes.Caviar on crustine bread is a great appetizer. The beef typicaly melts in your mouth like butter, and their fish is prepared with light arromatic sauces.

The food was great, the service and every thing was excellent. Best sea food i've had on the west coast. If you are ever in town you must visit this place.
