We just ordered lunches to go for our group at Seto thinking the Beto Box lunch would be blentiful and tasty! Wrong - this meal was crappy! Four pieces of beef in one of the meals and very blan chicken terriaki in the others. The sushi was imitation. We will not go again. We did not get our misu soup to-boot!
Tried Seto today at lunch with my husband. We had the chirashi sushi (bowl of sushi rice with cuts of sashimi over it). The fish was only ok. The ebi tasted a little old. The saba tasted fresh, but the tuna, hamachi and salmon weren't outstanding. The cuts were a little small and I found a bone in my hamachi! We'll give it another try though and try the nigiri next.
this place is awesome for sushi, sashimi lover. excellent quality with the $$ price tag of course. friendly service. have been there in the past 8 years even though I had moved from south bay to east bay to S.F. still continue to visit..
Awful service. Ordered a catered lunch for important clients, only four people, at 10 am to be ready at 11:30 am pickup and did not receive food until 12:30!!! Did not go over well with new client relationship was trying to build.
the best place for fresh fresh sushi and excellent service. the sushi chef is extremely creative, and can make dishes that are not on the menu. even high end sushi places like nobu in miami are not as good as the sushi chef's creative dishes.
The sushi and tempura were good. The rice in the dinner set was not good at all--it was mushy and smelled. The service wasn't bad though. I've only been here once, but I didn't get such a great first impression--and so I may not give it another shot. It's a bit pricey to try again. I'd say this place is average. It's worth going at least once to see for yourself though.
A very nice traditional Japanese restaurant featuring a Sushi Bar and many dining tables. Quite large, it is always crowded at lunchtime! (Get there early!) This is my favorite place for Japanese food. The best and highest quality Sushi in town. I enjoy their Bento boxes for lunches giving you the choice of 1, 2 or 3 items. Have some Eda Mame while you decide!
