Do not order anything with waiter.com. They will sell your email address to spammers. I ordered a pizza from Amici s in 2010 through waiter.com, using a tagged email address never used for anything else. I keep getting all kinds of shady spam and phishing attempts to this address. If you give your email address to waiter.com, you too will get these.
I concur with the above poster on 06/28/08 I am or was a long-time customer of waiter.com now I knew from the beginning that since my orders are only for a single order that there is an extra delivery charge for my orders which I paid without question for years, and my orders were always delivered without a problem. On Nov 5, 2011 I placed an order for Coco's restaurant the customer service person Victoria called to confirm the order a few minutes later she calls me back stating that since this is such a small order did I really want to spend the money to have it delivered. While she did claim she would put the order through if I wanted (yeah sure) she didn't see why I would want to spend thirty-five dollars for a single food order. She made it clear she expected me to cancel the order which I reluctantly ended up doing. It is not waiter. com employee's business to dictate to me what I can spend my money on. I have since stopped doing business with waiter.com and moved on the above poster's recommendation of using restaurants on the run. Waiter.com is not what it used to be.
