Hidden treasure
Well, it has been our family sushi place for over 8 years. The same chef delivers outstanding value all these time. My wife had lived in Japan for 3 years and she can attest to the authenticity of the taste. Sushi types are generic, but there are few original ones. It is always very fresh! The presentation is modest but very nice. The service is excellent, but not invasive. It's a very clean place as well. The decorations are very modest, which again, according to my wife, is very Japanese. The ambience is like in a casual down-to-earth neighborhood place. You find a mixture of people there and often large Japanese groups as well. It is not overcrowded as the restaurant is in the middle of nowhere - no name small mall. And, of course, the price for what you are getting is impossible to beat. Very nice diner for two, with a glass of plum wine and a big bottle of beer is $50.
