Tarragon Restaurant, Sunnyvale

I think the food may be good (I have sat at a table and eaten there before) but some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I sat a the bar with only two other people and never got the person behind it to wait on me. If you are downtwon Sunnyvale I would note waste your time on this place. Actually talked to the manager who doesn't seem to care. I think it would be a great thing if the restaurant folded and some place who cares about customers came in. Downtown Sunnyvale is growing and should be strong.

The new years party was great. It was a traditional Bosnian Festival that I went up to not knowing what it was going to be. The chef was great, and the bartenders were of the lovely. The Food, Ambiance was good. You would love it..try it!!

My new bride and I had our wedding and reception at the Tarragon in mid-October of this year and couldn't have been more pleased. Every person in attendance has said it was one of the best wedding's they'd been too due to the atmosphere, service, and food. Again, the ambiance was wonderful, the staff were extra helpful and courteous, the food was absolutely delicious and fresh. The whole experience working with Dottia (the owner) was easy and worry free. She provided us with quality referrals which cut much of the headache out of planning. Additionally we had our rehearsal dinner at the Tarragon two nights prior to the service. I had the lamb and was not disappointed. The wine list was terrific...no complaints at all. Cheers...

The best.... just the best!!! Had my daughter's wedding reception here! Only ended up with about 90 people, but they can configure to hold a lot more. The food- omg!!!! Ryan (their chef) is an absolute doll- and he can cook, too! It's a beautifully decorated restaurant- very stylish, very much on the trendy side, but warm and gracious. The upstairs room is gorgeous as is, and the flagstone patio is a super bonus. Full service upstairs, kitchen, bar, restrooms, and it was great. jeez, would do it all over again! If you can get this place, do not think twice- book it; Dottia will SOOOO take care of everything, and all the silverware matched! oops, another story!!!! :)) I want to go back for dinner and try some of Ryan's other dishes- had lunch before one of our appointments, and the chicken and brie sandwich was killer! A truly classy place with a skilled and classy staff! Hats off and and can't thank these people enough.

My couple of my girlfriends and I went here after work for couple of drinks and dinner and we loved it. It is a comfortable ,sassy restaurant with great food. I had the steak and it was done just right. Great for nice or casual events!

We had a b-day party for 20 people, everyone was happy with the tasty food and good service.

I can't fault the place or the service, but the meals my partner and I had were terrible. The ribeye steak was so packed with fat and gristle that my partner and I left more on the plate than we ate. I do not recommend Tarragon to anyone.
