I used to patronize Gobi till I got hit by a bout of diarrhea one late autumn weekend. Even if the food is cooked before our very eyes the one I unfortunately ate must have been old or contaminated.
That night I had to make endless trip to the bathroom and it took 3 days to recover. I just hope Gobi will do something about the meat, lamb, pork, beef and other condiments they offer to customers.
I also partook of the ice cream not u nless that was also old and moldy thereby aggravating my stomach that night.
Since that fateful November last year I haven't gone back there although I frequent the other places that serve Mongolian buffett such as El Camino Mongolian;Su's Mongolian and the one in Mountain View where I feel it is safe and clean to eat there as I have not had any problem.
Its like a mom and pop kinda place or a hole in the wall kinda place but nothing to write home about. Lots of different kinds of burgers on the menu. It was so so for me, I would repeat in going back but not every day.
Salad Bar was ok. Friendliness could improve a bit too.
