Copenhagen Danish Restaurant, Redwood City

The restaurant was great. The meat is so tender and the owner works hard to make sure you are well taken care of. It is a little pricey but the food was good.

Old time restaurant wonderful food, atmosphere, the owner is wonderful. Great bar good service.

The food was ok and too expensive. However what stick in my mind is the attitude of the owner/waiter. He was very rude to my 81 year old mother for no apparent reason. I will never go here again.

Who are these people saying this place is any good? This restaurant is awful. Their food tastes as if they repackage Hungry Man frozen dinners. I've been here 3 times, and guess what? Nobody, and I mean not a single other person aside from myself, on the staff or dining here, is under 50. This restaurant is solely populated by old people! I know taste is subjective, but come on. Everything on the whole menu tastes bland, microwaved, and as if nobody put even the slightest bit of effort into it. I've had the meats, the appetizers, the soup, the salad, the desserts, everything. This place is terrible. The location of Copenhagen is right next to a pet food store. I think I know where they get their food from!

Love the food. They do a great job for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

We have been to Copenhagen restaurant many times. Every time the food has been great and the service as well. We especially love the authentic Danish dishes that are cooked there and remind us of our home in Denmark

We've eaten dinner and breakfast here many times and we've always been pleased. Good wholesome food at good prices and a friendly welcoming atmosphere. It's a Peninsula treasure!

10-18-2006 I had lunch there the other day with a group of 15 friends. Everyone enjoyed what they had chosen.
