This restaurant has a new owner since last month. The menu is looking good with varieties, and even better to actually taste the food. The egg rolls and spring rolls are fresh, and beef and chicken soups are delicious. Not to mention the very good Vietnamese iced coffee with condensed milk, and terrific service. There is not much parking in front, but later I found out plenty of parking behind the building.
The place has new owners since the 2004 reviewer ate there ... yes, it used to be awful: fried their chicken in rancid oil. Now it's fine, nothing out of the ordinary, but at least the ingredients aren't stale.
