There's a Reason Celia's Is Popping Up Everywhere
This family-owned business is awesome--so much so that they have had no problem opening up new restaurants around the Bay Area. My family eats at various Celia's for almost every family birthday. My husband and I even held our wedding reception at one. The new Celia's in Menlo Park is an undiscovered treasure. Their food and service is, in my opinion, as good as the restaurants in San Bruno and San Mateo and better than the next closest Celia's, in Palo Alto. And because they're relatively new to the area, they're not as busy and crowded as the other Celia's are. The enchiladas are delicious. You can also split fajitas between two people (with an extra plate of rice and beans) for a delicious, yet cheap, meal.
