Mezza Luna, Princeton By The Sea

Figuring this place is owned by Italians, I thought the spaghetti and meatballs would be good. Not. Terrible. Go to Pasta Moon - much better food, service and ambience.

Overall its good and reasonable,they have something for everyone .The one turnoff for me was that at this price point ,they are charging for refills on sodas which is ridiculous .I have never eaten at an upper mid range restaurant that did this .Our server was very nice however .There is plenty of pasta ,seafood ,salads ,steak to satisfy everyone .

We love this restaurant. We have dined here for years and years. The quality of the food gets five stars for freshness, local fare, delicious flavors and consistency. The staff is great also. I would highly recommend Mezza Luna.

The atmosphere here is nice, service was excellent, food was average. Pretty good, not extraordinary. However, the prices were reasonable.

I loved this place! The food was excellent!!!! The salmon with bowtie pasta was very tasty. So romantic and relaxing. The best cream brulee ever... you have to get it!! Our waiter Milton was so nice. Our drinks were never even half empty - always full. I can't wait to go again!

good food in a pleasant setting with Italian service

Good food, good service and ambience. After always having a good experience at the restaurant, we were very disappointed with their take out food several times. Orders were wrong and portions were very small.

Just ate at Mezzaluna for the second time yesterday. The place was hopping, as it was dinner time (around 6:30-7pm). The fog was rolling in, so the area had a bit of that sleepy town feel which made for a nice mellow experience. The food here is excellent, and the service is great. Both times I've eaten here, they've always accomodated my girlfriend's special requests without complaint. The first time I had an exquisite salmon-filled ravioli dish. This time around, it was the veal scallopini with a marsala wine/mushroom sauce. It was absolutely wonderful. Drive past the stupid brewpub another hundred yards or so and eat at this wonderful Italian restaurant!
