Description

This popular jazz and blues club brings in masses of locals for the live music and excellent food. The place is always crowded, with people filling up the mahogany chairs to gorge on the plates of delicious seafood and steak or the good sandwiches. There is a great ocean view, and the stained glass windows give it an historic look. Bands play every night. The place has a wide variety of specials, from Monday Night Football deals to jam nights to private parties. One of the most popular spots on Cannery Row, it also has dynamite service.

Not even sure this place warrents 1 star. Had to get my own menu, to start the 7UP and Coke, were awful. How do you screw up soda? Can you say NO Service? Salad lettuce was brown edged. Waitress was an idiot Oh the soda is bad; would you like ice tea? Yea, I saw the lettuce was browned, we won t charge you ! Really? Never, ever again!!!

Worst resturant I have ever been too! The service was good awful the owner was rude and totally not helpful. The food I wouldnt feed to my cat or dog. The location is beautiful , the inside not so much. The bartender made my drink more coke than vodka and coke, I swear he put like a drop in. The charged me for 2 drinks I never had and when I brought it to their attention it was a fight. Why is this !@#$ hole still open is beyond me, CLOSE YOUR DOORS!

Food was great. Service on the panther hand stunk!!!!! Make sure you only take in 5 people. We took our kids into eat and I guess 6 or more get an automatic gratuity added. Well we hardly ever saw our waitress and was sucking the water from my ice to drink. Other tables in there with couple were being waited on hand and foot. I guess if tip isn't added they know they have to work for it. After speaking to the manager letting him know how I felt. We got dirty looks from the waitor staff!!! Well we won't be going back that's for sure!!!

Ate there yesterday and the food was awful. There is not enough zantac in this world to take care of the old grease taste of the food. The waiter was fine, but the service is very slow so the problem must stem from the kitchen. We were charged a gratuity for 4 adults and 3 children - a surprise for us. But this may be the only way the waiters can get tips as others around us complained about their food. Skip this place as I am sure there are much better restaurants in the area.

This is not a Turkish restaurant and I have no idea how it got this description on this website. Sly McFly's is a bar and casual restaurant on Cannery Row.

I dont know wat these haters are talking about, and i don't know where they ate because it sure was not SLY MCFLY'S!!!!!!This place was so good, the food was too and the music was just phenominal.
