This place is busy all right - took 25 minutes to get a to-go order at 4 pm. Why it's so busy I have no idea. Got an enchilada with salad and it was 10. (no drink) They forgot my guacamole. It was runny, tasteless and the chips were so greasy they soaked thru the bag. Lots of meat in it, but no seasoning that I could taste. Won't go back there again!
Not only the best Mexican restaurant in Ridgecrest, but quite possibly the best Mexican restaurant North of the border. I ate here quite a bit back in 2000-2003. The traditional Mexican menu items, wide selection of good Mexican beer, outdoor smoking area, and the lack of an annoying sound system make this a great place to kick back on a hot desert afternoon. Of all the things I miss in Ridgecrest, I miss La Fiesta the most.
Best deal in town! Great food at a good price. But the best thing about this restaurant is that there is no music. To the owners, please, do not join the dark side by installing a sound system. Keep La Fiesta a nice, quiet place to eat.
