Horrible! Will never go there again. Terrible service. Don t waste your time or money at Visalia s Red Lobster.

The service was not thatt great the food was cold and when asked to have it warmed up besides getting greef it came back tooooo hot and like rubber. My son (lives in Madera) wanted to take me there for moms day I let him know he sould take me to Fresno not Visalia.

Service was good and the food was just OK. Disappointed that when asked for grated cheese on the Baked POTATO I was told that I could only have parmesan cheese and not cheddar. Went there with my grandson on his Birthday to celebrate his 14th birthday. The wait staff came by to sing him Happy Birthday and instead of presenting him with a scoop of ice cream or cupcake like most other restaurants would do, he was presented a DINNER ROLL with a candle in it. This was not the customer service that I am used to receiving when I spend the kind of money I did tonight at the Red Lobster. Don't know if I will ever go to this restaurant again. Bad Job Visalia

The food is always great everytime we decide to have dinner there. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to have excellent seafood!

Saved up, planned ahead, went to the fables Red Lobster for dinner...BAD IDEA! Now, giving credit where it is due..the servers were very polite, friendly, and nice. The food however was AWFUL. Scallops the size of pencil erasers in what I think was supposed to be butter, or was it motor oil? Shrimp in the same obscure but disgusting fluid..and the stuffed sole....dont ask what it was stuffed with.....but it sure was not very edible. The potato was good though...
