I Placed an order at drive thru, employee kept talking when I was, rather shutting his mouth and actually listening to me. I had to repeat my order three times.
Arrived home to only to find that they put cheese on my burger even after declining it three times. My frys were nasty cold and chewy.
Called the Manager, who told me that he was going to write my name down and that I only need to let the on duty manager know next time that I visit and the meal would be replaced free of charge.
I went to the drive thru again today, waited 10 minutes only to be greeted by an employee to whom i had to explain my reason for being for yet a third time. After several more minutes passed I was confronted by the manager who demanded the receipt form over a week ago, which I no longer had. The manager said no one wrote my name down so he couldn't help me. I told him that it was unreasonable for me to expect that they would write my name down when they don't take the time to listen to a customer's ordering the first place, much make it the way it was ordered and I drove off.
Frustrated, I stopped at the next window to ask for the cooperate office Phone number, I was greeted by another employee who shoved a bag full of food in my window, I advised her that was not my order and that I only wanted the cooperate office number, which again I had to repeat twice. She stepped away for 15 seconds, returned, only to hand me the bag of food, which still was not mine.
Again I had to tell her I was only there to obtain the office number at, which time she went to the manager to get the number and handed it to me.
